Multi Resorts Ownership Plan, Inc. is a timeshare membership group who owns weeks of timeshare at this resort. We provide the inventory we have at Fantasy World Resort to our members, as well as offer vacation rentals at this location.

OFFICE HOURS:
The Front Desk is open 24 hours a day.

CHECK IN TIME & LOCATION:
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. If you would like an earlier check in time, or a later check out time, please contact the property directly no earlier than 7 days prior to arrival but know that this is not guaranteed.

When you arrive to the resort just head to the Front Desk, provide them your name, and they will proceed to check you in and hand over your keys. You will be asked for identification and a credit card for incidentals.

*Fantasy World charges an additional $28.38 per villa, per day Resort Fee that will be collected at registration. This fee will be collected at the time of check-in by the resort - it is not included in your rental rate. Please note that Fantasy World Resort may increase this fee without notice to us.

PROPERTY POLICIES:
*You must be 21 years of age or older to check-in.
*Occupancy limit of 6 guests per unit is strictly enforced.
*All guests will need to provide valid identification and a credit card at check-in for incidentals.
*No smoking is allowed inside any unit.
*No pets allowed, except for registered service animals.
*For any special requests, such as room assignment or location, please contact the resort directly no earlier than 7 days prior to your arrival. The resort will not take any requests if called before 7 days. All special requests will be noted and they will try their best to meet these needs, but it is not guaranteed.

DIRECTIONS:
Directions from Orlando International Airport (MCO): Take the south airport exit (417 South). Take 535 (exit #6) and proceed to the 2nd traffic light and turn left onto S.R. 535. Go approximately 3 miles to Kyngs Heath Rd. (traffic light) and turn right. Fantasy World registration center is approximately 1/4 mile on the right next to the tennis courts.
